Waivers
Waivers can be added as a PDF for your customers to print and sign manually. If you have an online form created (google form, web form, etc) you can insert a link to your waiver under Settings -> General Settings for your customers to sign an online web form.
Adding a waiver tag to your email template:
Waiver tags allow you to easily add your waiver to your selected email template, this will send out the waiver in the email to your customers without having to adjust and add the waiver each time. Once the PDF or link to your waiver gets added then you must add the Waiver Tag to the email template to make sure it's sent out to your customers.
Email templates can be found under Settings > Email & SMS.
To add a waiver tag:
If your waiver is a PDF file go to Settings -> Email & SMS -> Select which Email Template you'd like to add a waiver to -> Copy and paste {waiverPdf} -> Add to the Email Template in the section you'd like the waiver to display in the email.
If your waiver is an online form or external link go to Settings -> Email & SMS -> Select which Email Template you'd like to add a waiver to -> Copy and paste {waiverLink} -> Add to the Email Template in the section you'd like the link to display in the email.
NOTE: When uploading a file to print, make sure the document is uploaded as PDF- this is the only supported document type.
