How to Create an Account
Create an Account:
Go to Login in the upper right corner and select “Sign up" or click on a booking time on the calendar > Once you’ve selected a time, a popup will allow you to either log in or sign up:
Enter in the details, create a password > Select Create Your Account.
For Admins (Send Login Details to Customer):
To send login details to customers that are already in your database, you can send a direct link to allow them to create a password and log into their account to see group details such as: Bookings, Invoices, Agreements, etc. (Note: they will only see details for their specific group.)
To do so, go to the Customers tab and search for the group > Select Profile > Select Contact tab at the top of the pop up > Select Send Account Details in the drop down > Send.
The email that is associated with that group will receive their basic account information, detailed Online Booking Instructions and a chance to change the password.
