I've forgotten my password. Help?!

Occasionally staff or users will forget their passwords needed to access RecTimes. Since passwords are not stored on RecTimes they can't be sent by email. Furthermore, sending passwords by email is an insecure approach. Instead we ask that you reset your passwords as follows:
  1. Go to your facilities main page: www.rectimes.com/{Your Facility}
  2. Click the Forgotten password? link  located on the login dropdown box.
  3. Enter the relevant email address. 

RecTimes will then send instructions on how to reset the password to the specified address. 

To change your password while logged into Rectimes, head to  Settings -> Admin Accounts -> Choose Account -> Edit and type a new password.
