Locker Rooms & Media Screen

The Locker Rooms feature allows you to setup your locker rooms per venue and have lookers auto-assign to your daily bookings.  You can then create media screens to display your bookings on TV or Monitor screens throughout your facility.

Getting Started

1) Create your lockers and assign them to a venue.
Settings -> Locker Rooms -> Locker Rooms (Tab) -> Add Locker Room (Button)

2) Go to Assign Lockers tab to see your locker assignments.
Note: Lockers will auto-assign each morning between 3 - 5am.
You can always select Auto-assign to see the assignments now.

3) Set up your media screen to show the bookings on a TV or Monitor
Settings -> Media Screen -> Add Media Screen (Button)

Additional Notes:

- You can remove bookings from the locker assignment by clicking the X
- Bookings with the same time/day/venue will auto assign together on one line.
- Bookings cancelled will be auto removed from the list 
- Bookings added/edited on the same day may need to have lockers manually assigned depending on the change.
- Media screen will only show 1 past booking from the current time and will refresh every 15min.
