How to Approve Online Booking Request
Your Calendar has the option to allow a booking request which means the customer has to request the time first, and it requires an approval by Admin beforehand. When a customer requests a booking online, you will see a red flag icon on the requested booking that looks like this:
Click on the booking -> Select Request and change to "Unpaid" -> Select Notify -> then Update, customer will receive an email letting them know their booking request was approved.
There are two ways you can approve the booking request: directly from the calendar by clicking on the booking, or using your admin request tool in the top right corner.

TIP: Another helpful tool is your Admin Notifications in your Admin Accounts tab, from here you can select which Admin gets notified, and how they get notified when a customer requests an online booking (SMS or email).
