To add a note to a customer profile:
Open the Customers tab from the left-hand slide-out menu.
Select the customer you'd like to add a note for.
Click on the Notes tab within their profile.
Enter your note in the provided field and save.
These notes are visible only to admin users and can be useful for tracking important details such as customer preferences, past issues, or special instructions. Notes do not appear on customer-facing pages or communications.
