From time to time, staff or users may forget their password. For security reasons, passwords are not stored in RecTimes and cannot be sent via email - which is also an insecure method of password recovery.
Instead, please follow the steps below to reset your password:
Go to your facility's main page: app.rectimes.com/{YourFacility}
Click the "Forgot password?" link located in the login dropdown box.
Enter the email address associated with your account.
You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password securely.
To Change Your Password While Logged In:
Go to Settings > Admin Accounts
Select your account and click Edit
Enter your new password and save your changes
