You can print the current view of your calendar directly from your web browser, just like printing any webpage.
Important: To ensure your printed calendar includes background colors (which are often used to indicate events or availability), you must enable this option in your browser’s print settings.
How to Enable Background Colors When Printing
On Windows or Mac
Google Chrome
Press
Ctrl + P(Windows) orCmd + P(Mac) to open the print dialog.Click "More settings".
Check the box labeled "Background graphics" (this enables background colors and images).
Click Print.
Mozilla Firefox
Press
Ctrl + P(Windows) orCmd + P(Mac) to open the print dialog.Click "More settings" or "Show Details", depending on your OS version.
Check "Print backgrounds (colors & images)".
Click Print.
Safari (Mac only)
Press
Cmd + Por select File > Print.In the print dialog, click the dropdown that says "Safari" or "Copies & Pages".
Select "Print backgrounds".
Click Print.
In the print settings
- Choose a “Print to PDF” option
- Once the PDF is created, you can print it to a physical printer
Tips:
- Go to the ‘More Settings’ area and change the ‘Paper Size’ option to “Tabloid”
- If you want the booking blocks to be colored, check the box for ‘Background Graphics’.
- You can also play around with the ‘Pages per Sheet’ and/or ‘Scale’ options depending on how you want the calendar to look.
- If you have the “Use Minimum Column Width in Calendar” setting toggled to ON, you won’t be able to print more than 12 venues selected at one time. If you turn it off, you can print with over 12 venues (you can turn this off/on in ‘Settings’ -> ‘General Settings’ at the bottom if needed.)
