Availability search is a tool that allows both Admins as well as Customers to search the venue(s) of your choice along with the days of the week and times you're looking for.
Note: Show Availability List must be turned on in your General Settings, or you won't see the option in your menu.
- You can find the Availability search in the left hand slide out menu.
- Select the criteria for your search and click Search.
- You can also search up to 5 multiple different venues by clicking the + next to the Search button.
- You can either book an available time slot or export the list to an excel or PDF report by clicking Excel Report or PDF Report in the top left corner.
