How to Add Payments to an Invoice or Mark Invoice as Paid

Go to the Invoice tab in the left hand slide out menu.
Select the invoice you want to update.
You can make an online payment (credit/debit card) by clicking the green Online Payment button near the top right.
You can make an offline payment (cash, check, credit balance) by scrolling down to the bottom of the page and filling out the payment details:
Amount Paid, Date Paid, Payment Method, and Reference info number if applicable
Click on the Add Payment button.
If full payment is made, the invoice is automatically time stamped and marked Paid and all bookings on the invoice will now have a green check mark on the calendar showing paid.
