If you wish to have an email automatically sent out to your customer every time you create a booking, you can turn on auto-notify a customer when booking as your default. This will save you a click every time you make a booking.
In the Venue Settings under Extra Options, select the box Notify Customer When Booking which is located at the bottom of the settings page.
