This page is for facilities that accept credit cards online.
You will need to set up your account with Stripe. Once your payment application is approved through Stripe, you will be given a payment ID and token to add to your RecTimes account.
- Go to Settings on the left-hand slide out menu and click Payment Systems. Then click on the Payment Integrations tab.
- Add the required keys from Stripe and turn Use Live Account on
- You have the ability to change the Show Credit Card Online option to Yes or No, or Admin Only.
- You may want to keep admin only selected so that admin can still internally take credit card payments
On the Payment Methods tab at the top, you can add a new payment method or edit existing ones.
Note: We do not store any credit card information on our servers.
