To create a new agreement:
Go to the Customer tab from the left-hand menu and open the profile of the customer you want to create an agreement for.
In their profile, select the bookings you’d like to include in the agreement (you can utilize the filters at the top of the page to search for bookings during certain times, days, months, etc).
Once selected, click the [+ Agreement] button in the top-right corner of the screen.
A draft agreement will appear, listing the selected bookings.
Review all the details; such as dates, times, rates, and any applicable notes to ensure everything is accurate.
When ready, click Create at the bottom to finalize the agreement.
You can then choose to email the agreement to the customer or mark it as accepted manually if already agreed upon.
