Product Add-ons will allow you to add additional products to the system that can be added to Invoices, Agreements or Bookings.
How to Create a new Add-on:
Go to Settings in the left hand slide out menu. Click on Product Add-ons and then click Create New Add-on
Add the product name in the Add-on field and a rate. Click the blue Add Add-on button to save it.
How to add an Add-on Product to an Invoice or Agreement:
Go to the invoice or agreement and click Edit near the top right. Click the Select Addon dropdown field and select the add-on you want to add to the invoice.
A line item will be added and the rate and description will automatically populate with the details you added in your add-on's settings, however you can edit this on the invoice if needed. Click Update on the bottom right to save.
How to add an Add-on Product to a Booking:
Go to the booking and click the blue Include add-ons hyperlinked text under Event Type. Choose your add-on and the count (quantity).
If you add an add-on to a booking during creation, and THEN create an invoice, the add-on will be included on the invoice. (NOTE: This is not available for agreements yet).
COMING SOON: When you add or remove an add-on to/from an existing booking that has an attached invoice and/or agreement, the add-on will also be added or removed from the related invoice and/or agreement.
