You can hide all customer names on the public calendar by going to Settings - Venue Name and selecting: Hide Group Names From Public.
The public calendar will now say "Booked" instead of the customer name. Only admin will be able to see who is booked after they are logged in.
Additionally, in the customer profile of any group you can choose to "show" their group name if you want only that specific group to be shown to the public.
