The venue you use the most is always first on the list so that when you go to your RecTimes page the venue at the top will be the default schedule that you see. Sort them in the order that you'd like by dragging and dropping them.
What are Venue Categories?
Venue Categories help you organize your venues into groups based on their type or purpose. Such as Rinks, Courts, Fields, Rooms, etc. and you can place your venues (such as Rink 1, Rink 2) into the Rinks category.
This makes it easier to manage your view and schedule for each of your venues.
Example: If your facility has multiple types of spaces, you might set up categories like this
- Fields for outdoor soccer fields
- Courts for basketball or tennis courts
- Rooms for meeting or party rooms
How to Add a Category
On the Venue Sorting page, select the +Add Category button at the top.
- Add your category name and a link for the category (the link can be the same name as the category)
- Add any additional information such as Address (for example: if this category & venues are located in a different location than your other venues)
- Select Add venue category at the bottom, then drag and drop your venues into the new category
You can switch between categories on your top bar next to your logo.
