Every time a customer booking is made online they will need to agree to your rental policy. This policy can be different for each venue. To add or edit your rental policy go to Settings - {Venue Name} select the tab Rental Policy.
This policy will hold your customer responsible for the booking terms you set forth for them when they book or request time online.
